At first session of Metodologia & Didactica class, we got to meet our teacher. We were asked to sit in circle for a better interaction between us; we were paired up to answer some questions about our career planning. The activity consists answering questions about where do we picture ourselves teaching in five years, what will we be teaching and how will we do that.

Everyone had to answer and discuss with our partner about our plans. We have never questioned myself about this before, but it didn’t take long for me to realize that we want to be a teacher. Our answers were written on the board, they did not vary very much. A lot of people wanted to go abroad -us included. But some of them wanted to stay in Colombia.

Later on, the class’ syllabus was explained, as what the teacher expect from us this semester. Two journals, a microteaching and quizzes are ahead of us.
