The Audiolingual Method

Despite of being the first "microteachers", Andres and Caroline rocked it. We had so much fun.

This is a method that we will definitely use when we will be teachers because "... reinforcement is a vital element in the learning process" (Richards & Rogers 2001)

We found this microteaching really usefull, the teacher gave us a lot of teaching tips for the next microteachings. In the end of the class, we did a brainstorm about the things that we liked and the things to improve. We all agreed that it was a linguistic and structural-based and had a linguistic syllabus, it focuses on a specific linguistic structure ‘phonetics’, because it is mostly focused on pronunciation rather than other skills.
